A Tour of Puerto Rico's Architectural Landmarks

In 1973 it was declared a "World Heritage Site," putting it in the same class as Versalles, the Taj Mahal, and the Egyptian pyramids. I have also included an interior photograph of the chapel to illustrate the lack of proportions and poor spatial qualities. Understanding their design perspective and work ethic allows us to provide the necessary expertise to any of their projects. Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Recipient of the Henry Klumb Award 1985. Some of San Juan's most impressive extant buildings remain from this period -- both imposing public architecture and 18th-century homes.
