His drumming was the backbone of the Crowes, his writing only shows how toxic he must have been. All in all, it was a solid 4. I liked that they had almost a bit of a throwback rock and rollish sound. This journey through love, loss, hope, and healing will have you in tears of heartbreak and joy! Four sisters who barely get along and couldn't be more different are brought together by a common goal to save their father's failing sports agency.
He's at the top of his game, but his recent antics off the ice are uncharacteristic.
The sexual tension, that leaves you wanting more and giving you all you need at the same time. When she's given the assignment to bring over a new Hard to Handle to their agency, she's up for the challenge.
Can she rise above her unresolved feelings and get Hunter to sign on the dotted line without becoming emotionally involved, or is their past too much to overcome, leaving Dekker coming home empty handed. It was the first of many experiences for Mr. Dekker Kincade is an amazing agent who can give as good as she gets. Are you ready to fall for the Kincade sisters and then men who love them in K. It's actually weirdly inspiring to know that one of my favorite bands of all time was also one of the most dysfunctional.
I remember the Black Crowes being all over radio and MTV during their first two albums but then slowly being Hard to Handle and less aware of them with each subsequent album. And Dekker, what a brilliant leading lady, I adored her honesty, her strength and specially her bickering relationship with her sisters - whom I can't wait to read about - she was just the perfect half for Hunter, because she GOT him, she recognized his broken, as it were a match for her own.
Two things really stood out to me.
I have seen them play more times than I can count, so I was certainly interested in Steve's account of their time together.
The passion between the two is undeniable and the family element between the siblings will certainly tug at your heartstrings as the family dynamics is a constant presence throughout.
My heart hurt so badly for him.
