The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins.
But if you think this is all the country has to offer, you're wrong.

I still make my chicken enchiladas in much the same way although I generally take short cuts with the chicken filling by doing something in the crock pot and I generally don't make my own sauce.
