What Matters: OKRs for Conservation

Jesus said to go and make disciples of all nations. Your tasks are bringing us all closer together. An objective is an overarching goal, while key results are the metrics used to determine if and how the goal was achieved.

We can see from this that discipleship is a multiplying effect. Disciples today are students that follow the teaching and example of Jesus. When it has been fulfilled, and the mandate of Christ has been completed. If the ministries are to survive and truly benefit the community, the mission must have sustainability.
