So the only direction their eyes could look would be up. Square, is living the relatively comfortable life of a country gent until he is snatched up into "Spaceland" by a sphere, a three-dimensional being. So this book is perfect for me. AtPaul Di Filippo gave the Flatland a rating of "A", stating that it Flatland, enlightens and educates", and that "Ehlinger manages to retain the Victorian satire on pomposity and cultural blindness while updating it to modern conditions.
